Dakota Daulby (born October 10, 1994) is a Canadian film and television actor, producer, director, and screenwriter. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Daulby discovered his passion for acting at a young age and pursued it by enrolling in New Image College. Under the guidance of Gemini Award-winning actor Phil Granger, he completed a two-year acting program with honors in September 2014. Daulby made his mark in the American market with appearances on popular TV shows like Falling Skies and Wayward Pines. He gained recognition for his lead role in the award-winning short film Why Does God Hate Me?, which premiered at the New York Film Festival and other international film festivals. Daulby also showcased his talent in the Lifetime film Girl Fight, directed by Stephen Gyllenhaal, where he credited Jake Gyllenhaal as a significant influence.
