Jean-Hugues Anglade (born 29 July 1955) is a French actor, film director, and screenwriter. He is best known for his roles as Eric in Killing Zoe, Zorg in Betty Blue, and Marco in Nikita. Born in Thouars, France, Anglade's father was a vet and his mother was a social worker. On 21 August 2015, he was a passenger on the Paris-bound Thalys train during an attempted attack, where he sustained injuries while breaking the glass on the emergency alarm. Anglade has had a successful career in film and continues to contribute to the entertainment industry.
