Karen Pittman

Karen Pittman is an American actress known for her roles in various television shows. She was born in Mississippi and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. Pittman received a Bachelor of Arts in Voice and Opera from Northwestern University and a Masters of Fine Arts from NYU's Graduate Acting Program. She has appeared in notable productions such as the 2012 Lincoln Center production of Disgraced, where she portrayed the character of Jory. Pittman has also been seen in popular TV shows like The Americans and Luke Cage, playing the roles of Lisa and Inspector Priscilla Ridley, respectively. Since 2019, she has been starring as Mia Jordan in the Apple TV+ drama series The Morning Show, earning a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2022. Pittman also stars as Dr. Nya Wallace in the HBO Max comedy-drama, And Just Like That..., starting in 2021.
