Kathryn Pogson is an English film and stage actress born in 1954. She gained recognition for her role in Terry Gilliam's 1985 cult film Brazil. In 1986, Pogson won a Best Actress Drama Desk Award for her performance in the New York production of Aunt Dan and Lemon. She grew up in Halifax, West Riding of Yorkshire, and attended Crossley & Porter Grammar School. Pogson has made numerous television appearances, including shows like We'll Meet Again, Midsomer Murders, and Foyle's War. Her stage credits include notable productions such as Jack and the Beanstalk, Macbeth, Twelfth Night, and Hedda Gabler. Pogson has also performed at the Royal Court Theatre and the Donmar Warehouse.
