Paul Cuneo

Paul Cuneo (1938–2014) was an Australian rugby league footballer who played for the Newtown and North Sydney Bears in the NSWRL competition during the 1950s and 1960s. Cuneo began his career with North Sydney in 1957 and represented NSW City against NSW Country in 1961. After six seasons with Norths, he joined Newtown in 1963 and played his only finals game in 1966. Cuneo retired in 1969 after 119 first grade games and went on to coach the Newtown reserve grade side. He passed away on 7 January 2014.
