Paul Hamm

Paul Elbert Hamm is a retired American artistic gymnast. He was born on September 24, 1982, in Washburn, Wisconsin. Hamm is best known for his achievements in the sport, including winning the all-around title at the 2004 Olympics and the 2003 World Championships. He is considered the most successful American male gymnast in history. Hamm has also won three consecutive U.S. National all-around championships from 2002 to 2004. He comes from a gymnastics-oriented family, with his twin brother Morgan Hamm also being a gymnast and Olympic medalist. Hamm's older sister, Elizabeth, is a former member of the USA Gymnastics Senior National Team.
