Sal Iacono, also known as Cousin Sal, is an American comedian, writer, and game show host. Born on July 5, 1971, in Brooklyn, New York, Iacono is best known for his roles on The Man Show and the late-night television show Jimmy Kimmel Live!. He is the cousin of Jimmy Kimmel, which earned him his nickname. After graduating from Elwood-John Glenn High School in 1989, Iacono went on to earn a degree in Public Justice from SUNY Oswego in 1993. He then pursued a law degree at Touro Law Center and graduated in 1996. In 1997, Iacono relocated to Hollywood to pursue a career in television. He began as a writer on the Fox Sports program Sports Geniuses and later joined the writing staff of Comedy Central's The Man Show.
