Salvatore Inzerillo

Salvatore Inzerillo (1944-1981) was an Italian member of the Sicilian Mafia, known as Totuccio. He was a powerful boss of Palermo's Passo di Rigano family and a prominent figure in the Palermo Mafia families. Inzerillo was involved in heroin trafficking and rose to become a key player in the Second Mafia War. He was killed in May 1981 by the Corleonesi, led by Totò Riina. Inzerillo was born in Palermo and married his cousin, Giuseppa Di Maggio. He had two sons. Inzerillo was closely associated with Stefano Bontade, Gaetano Badalamenti, and Carlo Gambino. He became a member of the Sicilian Mafia Commission in 1978.
