Reign of Fire

Reign of Fire is a 2002 post-apocalyptic science fantasy film directed by Rob Bowman, starring Matthew McConaughey and Christian Bale. The story is set in England in the year 2020, where dragons have replaced humans as the dominant species on Earth. Two surviving parties, led by Quinn Abercromby and Denton Van Zan, must work together to hunt down and destroy the beasts in a desperate attempt to take back the world.
