About

Smashed is a 2012 American drama film directed by James Ponsoldt and starring Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Aaron Paul. The film follows the story of a married couple, Kate and Charlie Hannah, both struggling with alcoholism. After Kate's drinking habits lead to a series of problems, she decides to get sober with the help of a coworker and a sponsor from Alcoholics Anonymous.
