Best Medicine

Best Medicine is an American medical comedy-drama television series inspired by the ITV series Doc Martin. It follows Dr. Martin Best, a former Boston surgeon who relocates to a small East Coast fishing village to serve as the town's general practitioner. His blunt bedside manner clashes with eccentric locals while he adapts to community life. The ensemble cast includes Josh Charles, Abigail Spencer, Josh Segarra and Annie Potts.
