Above the Law, also known as Nico: Above the Law, is a 1988 American crime action thriller film that follows Nico Toscani, an ex-CIA agent and Aikido specialist working as a Chicago policeman, as he uncovers a conspiracy while investigating the smuggling of military explosives.
