Family Plot
Family Plot is a 1976 comedy-thriller film directed by Alfred Hitchcock and based on the novel The Rainbird Pattern by Victor Canning. Starring Karen Black, Bruce Dern, Barbara Harris, and William Devane, the film follows a spiritualist and her cab-driving boyfriend as they uncover a scheme involving a pair of serial kidnappers while searching for a missing heir in California.
