NYPD detective Raimy Sullivan unexpectedly contacts her deceased father, Frank, through his old ham radio, bridging a twenty-year gap. Their cross-temporal communication prompts changes to the present when Raimy attempts to alter past events; together they coordinate investigations across decades to resolve a long-unsolved murder and its ramifications and fallout.
