Bill Pullman Biography
Bill Pullman is an American actor known for his diverse range of roles in both film and television. Born on December 17, 1953, in Hornell, New York, he ventured into acting after obtaining a Master of Fine Arts degree in theater. Pullman made his film debut in 1986 with Ruthless People and went on to star in notable movies such as Spaceballs (1987), The Accidental Tourist (1988), Sleepless in Seattle (1993), and Independence Day (1996). He has also appeared in TV films and series, including Torchwood (2011), 1600 Penn (2012–13), and The Sinner (2017–2021). As a stage actor, Pullman has graced Broadway, notably in Edward Albee's The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia? in 2002.
