Jeff Fahey

Jeffrey David Fahey (born November 29, 1952) is an American actor. He is known for his roles as Jobe Smith in The Lawnmower Man, Captain Frank Lapidus on the ABC series Lost, and the title role of Deputy Marshal Winston MacBride on The Marshal. Fahey was born in Olean, New York, and raised in Buffalo. He started his career as a dancer, winning a full scholarship to the Joffrey Ballet School. After performing in theaters across the US and on Broadway, he transitioned to television and film. His first major film role was in Tyree (1985), and he went on to appear in numerous movies and TV shows.
