Glen Powell

Glen Thomas Powell Jr. (born October 21, 1988) is an American actor known for his roles in various movies and TV shows. He started his career with guest roles on television and minor roles in films like The Dark Knight Rises (2012) and The Expendables 3 (2014). Powell gained recognition for his breakthrough performance in the comedy-horror series Scream Queens (2015–2016). He went on to star in films such as Everybody Wants Some!! (2016), Set It Up (2018), Hidden Figures (2016) where he portrayed astronaut John Glenn, and Top Gun: Maverick (2022) as Lt. Jake “Hangman” Seresin. Powell was born in Austin, Texas and attended Westwood High School. He has also portrayed aviator Thomas Hudner in Devotion (2022).
