Emma Roberts portrays Chanel Oberlin, the intelligent and ruthless president of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority. Chanel is known for her mean-spiritedness and narcissistic tendencies. She becomes one of the main targets of the serial killer.

Skyler Samuels plays the role of Grace Gardner, a kind-hearted and determined college student who is new to Wallace University. Grace becomes involved in the investigation of the murders and is determined to uncover the truth behind them.

Lea Michele portrays Hester Ulrich, a socially awkward and unlikely member of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority. Hester becomes entangled in the mystery surrounding the murders and reveals unexpected secrets along the way.

Taylor Lautner plays the role of Dr. Cassidy Cascade, a handsome and charismatic physician who arrives at the hospital where the events of the second season take place. Dr. Cascade becomes involved in the investigation and develops a complicated relationship with some of the other characters.

Keke Palmer portrays Zayday Williams, a resourceful and determined sorority sister who becomes a key player in solving the mysteries surrounding the murders. Zayday shows courage and resilience throughout the series.

Jamie Lee Curtis plays the role of Cathy Munsch, the tough and no-nonsense dean of Wallace University. Munsch becomes involved in the investigations and shares a complex relationship with some of the other characters.
