Adam Brody portrays Nicholas "Nick" Talman in StartUp. Nick is a tech entrepreneur with a brilliant and innovative mind. He is the co-founder of a digital currency company called GenCoin and becomes deeply involved in the criminal underworld of Miami.

Edi Gathegi plays the character of Ronald "Ronnie" Dacey. Ronnie is a Haitian-American gang leader who partners with Nick to help fund his startup. Ronnie is charismatic, street-smart, and has a complex relationship with Nick and the startup world.

Otmara Marrero portrays Isabelle "Izzy" Morales. Izzy is a talented and ambitious computer programmer who is desperate to leave her mundane job and become a part of the startup world. She becomes involved in Nick's company and faces numerous challenges along the way.

Addison Timlin portrays the character of Mara Chandler. Mara is Wes Chandler's daughter and becomes romantically involved with Nick. She struggles with her loyalty to her father and her growing affection for Nick, leading to conflicts and complicated dynamics.
