Regina King portrays Angela Abar, also known as Sister Night. Abar is a Tulsa police detective who wears a mask and takes on the persona of Sister Night to fight crime in a world where masked vigilantes are outlawed.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II plays the character of Cal Abar. Cal is Angela Abar's husband and a stay-at-home dad. He supports his wife's crime-fighting endeavors.

Jeremy Irons portrays Adrian Veidt, also known as Ozymandias. Veidt is a former superhero turned wealthy businessman and philanthropist. He is known for his intelligence and resourcefulness.

Tom Mison plays the dual roles of Mr. Phillips and the Game Warden. Mr. Phillips is one of Adrian Veidt's loyal servants, while the Game Warden is a character within Veidt's isolated world.

Tim Blake Nelson portrays Wade Tillman, also known as Looking Glass. Tillman is a former police detective who wears a reflective mask to protect himself from psychic attacks. He interrogates suspects using his unique abilities.

Jean Smart plays the character of Laurie Blake. Blake is a former superhero named Silk Spectre who now works as an FBI agent. She is determined to bring masked vigilantes to justice.

Don Johnson portrays Judd Crawford. Crawford is a Tulsa police chief who has a complicated relationship with Angela Abar. He presents himself as a family man while harboring secrets of his own.

Sara Vickers plays the character of Ms. Crookshanks. Crookshanks is one of Adrian Veidt's loyal servants in his isolated estate. She assists him in executing his elaborate plans.
